Currently, an annual Qantas Club membership starts at $699 with a one-off joining fee from $129.
But this new membership option allows customers to pay for 28-day access to lounges for just $99 plus the one-off joining fee of $129, auto-renewing every month.
Qantas will also allow customers to cancel at any time at no extra cost up to three days before renewal.
The cheaper membership allows customers access to the Qantas Club, Qantas Domestic and Qantas International Business lounges in Australia and around the world.
A Qantas spokesperson said the flexible option was a response to "customer feedback".
"Qantas Club Flexible gives customer the choice to enjoy the benefits of our Qantas lounges in a time frame that suits them - the perfect option for travellers who don't fly every month," the spokesperson said.
The announcement follows a revamp of the airlines frequent flyer program in April and the launch of 20 million more reward seats to its loyalty members with Classic Plus.
