Arriving to Adelaide Oval on Thursday night with the upper hand of having already beaten the Strikers by seven wickets, Hurricanes' vice-captain Ben McDermott said the similar sizes of the grounds meant the game plan would be replicated.
"There's definitely room for improvement there with [Chris] Lynny. He's obviously a fast player, so if we can keep him quiet I think we'll go a long way to win the game," McDermott said.
Opening batters McDermott and Caleb Jewell both scored over 50 runs to guide the Hurricanes' chase on Monday.
"We've definitely got the stock and power in the middle order to score big scores, I just think we've lacked some of the top of the order going well," McDermott said.
"And a couple of 50s for me and Jewelly there, setting things up and we still had Asif Ali in the sheds as well.
"We're definitely capable of getting big runs and firing at the top as well. We know we have the strength there in the middle."

The Hurricanes could unleash Englishman Zak Crawley for his BBL debut, with the top-order batter joining the squad as a replacement player while Shadab Khan represents Pakistan against New Zealand.
McDermott, who played with Crawley at London Spirit, said the squad hadn't met with Crawley as the team was flying out of Hobart.
"Looking forward to catching up with him again, and as are most of the boys," he said.
McDermott said the decision not to play against Sydney Thunder in Albury was game management and his hamstring was feeling "fine".
