The Great Divide Tour
Indie-folk duo Busby Marou have released their new album, 'The Great Divide', featuring the hit singles 'Over Drinking Over You' and 'Naba Norem (The Reef Song)'. The boys will be playing all of the most loved songs from their catalogue at the Royal Oak on Friday, January 10, from 8.30pm, $40.29 through Moshtix.

Prehistoric fun for families
Head to the Launceston Conference Centre on Thursday, January 9, from 12pm for a highly interactive dinosaur adventure which is suitable for the whole family: Dinomania. Let your imagination run wild as you embark on a journey with Toby the T-Rex, Razor the Raptor, Tara The Dino Queen, Shaun The Dino Doctor, plus special guests. There are plenty of surprises, songs, jokes and dancing, as well as getting up close and personal with the dinosaurs. On the first Sunday of the New Year, January 5, take a drive to the country air to near the Mole Creek Caves. Soak up nature while listening to a mind-blowing afternoon of music, with gates opening at 12pm and music from 1pm to 6pm - plus food, and local wines, beers and ciders. Kuso at the Star Theatre
Mona Foma begins with a movie at the Star Theatre: Kuso, directed by Flying Lotus. Plague-ridden survivors of a nightmarish Los Angeles earthquake tell their gory stories on a makeshift network of discarded televisions.
